For more comfort, your booking can be cancelled. Cancel your booking up to 48h before your arrival. All you have to do is write to our customer service to make the request.

How to use this service ?

1) Book this service online

Select your chosen service and add your journey details. You will be asked to provide the following information : the date you are coming to the airport, your flight number and information about your child.

After entering these details, you can pay for the booking online.

2) Collecting your e-ticket

After payment, your e-ticket will be generated. It will be available in your online customer account just a few minutes later. It will also be sent to you by email.

3) Additional information

Our staff will contact you for further information regarding your child and the flight.
