How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on your online customer account. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation.
My flight was delayed, what can I do?
Don't panic! The teams on site are informed of any delays. If you no longer wish to use the baggage services, let us know and receive a voucher valid for 1 year.
Is my luggage safe?
Your luggage is sealed, protected, insured and hand-delivered. In addition, you are informed of each step in real-time. Our advice: think about putting a padlock on each piece of luggage and declare high value goods.
