How do I change my order?
You can change your travel dates and license plate number yourself in your customer account up to 4 hours before your departure.
What happens if my flight is delayed ?
If your flight is delayed, you must call our car park agents via the intercom at the car park exit and indicate your flight number.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order yourself in your customer account up to 4 hours before your departure.
How do I get into the car park?
Don't take a ticket! You can enter the car park with your e-ticket (received by e-mail after your order).
How do I get an invoice?
You can edit your receipt directly on your customer area. Under "My orders", choose the order and click on "View order". Then, click on "Print the receipt" to get your receipt.
How can I extend an already started booking?
If your booking has already started, you will have to pay the extra cost directly at the exit terminal.
Can I take advantage of my parking space outside of the ordered times?
You can enjoy your bookin up to 30 minutes before your indicated arrival time and up to 60 minutes after your indicated departure time. If you plan to come earlier or leave later, please remember to update your booking in your customer account.
I don't have the departure time of my flight yet, can I book now?
You can change the dates and times of your booking up to 4 hours before your departure. We invite you to book as early as possible (up to 6 months in advance) to benefit from the best price. you will be able to update your departure schedule when your airline company will communicate it to you.
